Matt celebrates 10 years at Newman Center!

This summer, Matt celebrated his 10th work anniversary at the Newman Catholic Student Center! Over the years, he has taken on a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on outdoor maintenance and custodial services. Congratulations, Matt, on reaching this incredible milestone—what an achievement!

See the photos below to check out what the theme was for each day! P.S Monday was Pajama Day, but we forgot our camera, grr!

CSP Adventures

Our CSP folks have been making the most of the summer weather by exploring the community! They've enjoyed outings to the Rochelle Train Park, Kiss the Sky Record Store, Reynauld’s Hobby Shop, and more.

In July, Kathy had a special treat when she got to see one of her favorite musicians, Barry Manilow, in concert!

Watermelon Explosion!

In July, we hosted our 2nd Annual Watermelon Explosion Family Cookout—and it was a blast! The event was filled with fun, laughter, and great food. We danced the afternoon away to lively tunes from Nrg Music Entertainment while enjoying delicious bites from Stadium Street Eats. Of course, the highlight of the day was the highly anticipated watermelon explosion—it took an impressive 467 rubber bands to make it burst! It was a memorable afternoon spent with family and friends, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
