If one thing is constant it is change and we recognize that there are a lot of transitions going on. We hope you are well in mind, body, and spirit & wanted to remind you to not forget to BREATHE! Our 4-7-8 breathing exercise is a great resource, or simply tuning into your own breath- inhale, now exhale.

In these challenging times, we are all presented with an opportunity for growth.

Corrie and I are working hard to continue to serve you and your Integrative Medicine needs during this time. My vision is to be your health advocate and help you bring out the best in your health and healing process, whatever that journey may look like for you. In addition to the issues we were already working on prior, if you want to work further on reducing your risk factors or co-creating a plan should you get exposed to COVID19, we are here to help.

In Integrative and Functional Medicine there is the saying that “our issues are in our tissues.” There are certainly a lot of issues out there and we don’t want them lingering in your tissues!

As COVID19 continues, we wanted to be able to offer our patients an affordable option for immune support supplementation- so we created a custom formulation available for purchase through our office. We are continuing to operate primarily virtual via phone or Chiron Telemedicine video appointments-but can see patients in office by special request. If you prefer an in office appointment, please be sure to include that request in the "reason" when scheduling online or mention to our staff when scheduling.
