Breath Prayer
Use a simple phrase as you breathe in and out to center yourself and find space for prayer. Today’s Breath Prayer is inspired by the root of the word “Maundy,” which is the root for the English word “mandate.” On Maundy Thursday, Jesus gives the great commandment: to love one another.
