You are receiving this email because we are aware you are currently still without power as of October 09, 2024, at 6:30 am. Our crews are working diligently to restore power to your home. Please view our Current progress section below for more information.

Important Information

Please stay away from down power lines. Down power lines can be dangerous.
Jefferson Energy will make repairs to our electrical equipment. The member is responsible for making repairs to the member owned equipment on their home such as entrance cable, weather head, meter base, etc. Please see diagram below. If repairs are needed to your home, we recommend contacting a license electrician.
If you need service cut loose to your home to make repairs fill out the attached form and email it to contactusform@jec.coop. You can also speak with a Member Services Representative at 706-547-2167.
