AB 631 (Lee), Animal Shelter and Rescue Data Collection Act

This morning, AB 631 passed the Appropriations Committee with a unanimous vote! The bill will be eligible to be voted on by the full Assembly as soon as next week.

AB 793 (Schultz), The Fairness to Dogs & Community Safety Act (Conan's Law)

Yesterday, SCIL opposed SB 818, which would have allowed dogs to haze mountain lions.

Hostile amendments were made to the bill in a surprising turn of events.
