Outdoor Children's Eucharist
Join us for Outdoor Children’s Eucharist at 9 am on Sunday, April 18, on the Wydown Playground. Fr. Peter Speropulos and Brett Rutledge will celebrate and Beth Wagner will provide music. To enhance and support the service, we will distribute a Children's Worship Bulletin from Illustrated Ministry that includes activities based on Psalm 4, 1 John 3:17, Luke 24:36b-48. Outdoor Children's Eucharist at 9 am will continue through May. Registration is required using the link below. Join us for praying and playing Sunday morning.
Parent Ministry Programs
Parent Ministry at CSMSG is offering two programs in April for families:

Wisdom of the Ages: What Grandparents Bring to Family Life Invite your children's grandparents to join us via Zoom on Tuesday, April 20, from 5 to 6 PM as the Rev. Dale Kuhn, LCSW, a therapist with Care & Counseling in St. Louis, discusses the unique gifts grandparents can give to their adult children and grandchildren. What can grandparents do to make their grandchildren feel safe and competent? Kuhn offers advice for engaging adult children in discussions about parenting issues. This interactive conversation will include a Q&A session. Register for Wisdom of the Ages

Forest Park Owls: Hiding in Plain Sight Award-winning naturalist Mark Glenshaw has been observing and documenting the lives of Great Horned Owls in Forest Park since 2005. On Monday, April 26, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, Mark will discuss his experience discovering these birds, basic facts about this species, and the different behaviors he observes. Friends and family are welcome but all should register by Sunday, April 25, to receive the Zoom invitation. Register for Forest Park Owls
Owl Moon Read Aloud
Whether you are joining the Forest Park Owls program or looking for a great book for your children to enjoy, check out the read-along video above featuring Owl Moon, written by Jane Yolen and illustrated by John Schoenherr. Owl Moon tells the story of a young girl and her father as they go owling on a winter night. This book won the 1988 Caldecott Medal.
Save the Date: Vacation Bible School
