Covid-19 has hit us all in varying degrees and
New Horizons Service Dogs
has not been exempt. New Horizons has had a
25-year mission
of providing ADI-accredited service dogs to adults, children, and service members with disabilities.
New Horizons changes lives. I’d like you to
meet just a couple of them,
Brianna and Chanel

Gary and Jetty
, a veteran suffering from PTSD, CBI, and COPD.
Their stories and countless others
share how vital NHSD’s program is. It’s critical to our future to provide support and independence in improving the quality of life for adults, children, and service members.
In the United States, approximately 500,000 service dogs are helping people. New Horizons has contributed 850 service dogs thus far and the need to place more is greater each day!
We all are experiencing unprecedented challenges during this COVID-19 crisis. Fundraising opportunities have come to a halt. Companies, organizations, and service providers have had to make difficult decisions. New Horizons has had challenges we’ve never faced in the past and have had to make hard choices to keep us afloat.
We need you
, our New Horizons Family, to help us during this time. As we refocus our efforts moving forward, to more digital outreach, we are tasked with reaching out to you, our supporters, with immediate needs during this challenging time.
