OSHA is encouraging Outreach Trainers to partner with the agency to help promote the National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction, scheduled from May 2-6, 2022. This year, OSHA is particularly trying to raise awareness among Hispanic/Latino construction workers about fall hazards and reinforce safe work practices to help prevent fatalities and injuries from falls.
OSHA is providing a variety of resources to assist you in engaging workers and employers during the Fall Stand-Down. Please help promote the event by sharing these resources throughout your networks and during your training sessions. Recommend workers and employers participate in this year’s Safety Stand-Down by accessing the OSHA Fall Safety Stand-Down website and taking advantage of the many publications, webinars, videos, posters, events available.
