How we appear to the outside world matters. In a world flooded with data, how site selectors interpret information and draw conclusions is increasingly important. Our Developing Delaware conference is just weeks away, and we are fortunate to have the opportunity to hear from Ron Starner, executive vice president of Conway, Inc. Also serving as the publisher of Site Selection magazine, Ron is uniquely qualified to share trends and realities in the business location market with us.
In addition to hearing from Ron, we’ll sit down with DNREC Secretary Greg Patterson and Steve Smailer, director of the Division of Water, to learn more about the plans to improve permitting management within the Department, as well as recent process improvements in certain areas.
Our lightning round presentations, always a favorite of attendees, will include spotlights from the three county leaders. This year, we’re adding a new twist with a second segment focused on key projects happening in the state, including Starwood Capital Group’s proposed Delaware City data center, ALOFT AeroArchitects’ planned innovation center, and the The Downtown Dover Partnership’s Capital City 2030: Transforming Downtown Dover! master plan.
