I hope you're finding time to enjoy the summer—whether that's a quick break, time with family and friends, or just a few extra minutes of daylight.
Summer always seems to bring a welcome shift in rhythm and routine, making it the perfect time to reflect on how far we've come this year. Your continued focus and commitment are what keep us moving forward, and in my opinion, what makes us the best team out there.
So, let's keep the momentum going! Stay connected, support one another, and make space to recharge when you can.
As always, I'm grateful for all that you do.

Victoria Creamer
Director of Marketing & Advertising, South Florida
| Thank you for doing this! Can you tell us a little about your role? | I lead our South Florida region’s marketing department. It’s a lot of hat-wearing from agent strategy to recruitment, personal campaigns to brand positioning. I have the greatest team and we each wield a different creative super power for our agents. | Three words that best describe you? | Humorous, creative, and loyal. | What is your dream vacation? | I love South America and the Latin islands, so I would love to chart a few weeks journeying throughout all the major cities and tasting an empanada from each culture. | A book you like to recommend to others? | I’ve corrupted 20+ people into losing themselves reading the A Court of Thorns and Roses series - and I mostly indulge in fantasy/romantasy books. But I will say, my all-time favorite read that I think everyone should experience is Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins. | If you had to pick another career, what would it be? | My husband always jokes that I should apply for Master Chef if marketing doesn’t work out. Cooking is my therapy outside of the office - I could spend all weekend experimenting with my recipes like a little kitchen witch. So probably a home chef for some rich Island family that appreciates truffles. | What is one thing you'd really like to learn? | Languages. After having my daughter and learning baby sign language together, I think that would be fun to know, especially since it’s pretty universal. | The steak bomb at Buccan - add avocado, and get yourself the sea salt cookie. Thank me later (I ate this weekly, sometimes twice weekly, throughout my whole pregnancy). | |
I’m definitely more of a karaoke observer - but I did perform a tequila fueled rendition of Maggie May by Rod Stewart once.
(Fun fact: he was also my first celeb sighting when I started working at Corcoran in Palm Beach)
| I’m a summer child with a July birthday, so I’m in my element at the moment. In South Florida, you can literally smell the first moment of summer with the warm salty air and sweet mangos dangling from the trees. Also, it’s our off-season so the beaches are empty and restaurant reservations are wide open. | One last question! If you could have a dinner party with any four people, who would you invite? | If so, Robin Williams, Chris Farley, Dan Aykroyd, and my late brother. We used to hold whole conversations in movie quotes from these guys. | |
Thanks Victoria!
