- You are female, aged 18-45, with menstrual cycles and not pregnant or breast feeding
- Run more than 4 times per week when not injured
- Willing to wear a GPS-enabled smartwatch and heart-rate monitor

The Stanford Balance Level Evaluation (StaBLE) study
- Stanford researchers are developing a balance assessment tool
- You are over the age of 18
- You have not had a surgery in the past 6 months or a fall in past 1 month
- You're able to stand and walk 10 feet independently
- Will take 30-45 minutes of balance tasks at the Stanford Human Performance Lab
