CHFA Celebrates Juneteenth in Denver and Colorado Springs


CHFA attended three Juneteenth events taking place from June 14th to June 16th:


Cleo Parker Robinson Dance hosted a Juneteenth event where CHFA gave a presentation about homeownership and how CHFA can play a part.


CHFA sponsored the Juneteenth Music Festival hosted in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood. The event included musical guests, a parade, and more.


CHFA also sponsored the Southern Colorado Juneteenth Festival (SCJF) taking place in Colorado Springs’ America the Beautiful Park. SCJF honors the history of Juneteenth while celebrating inclusion, cultural diversity, and community unity.

CHFA’s program with $25K down payment for first-generation homebuyers released


In mid-June, CHFA launched the CHFA FirstGenerationsm mortgage and down payment program for homebuyers who are the first in their family to purchase a home. 


The program features a $25K down payment option, regardless of the mortgage amount for qualified borrowers.
