Oxford House offering NEW sober living options in Maricopa County

Applicable to: Mercy Care Complete Care, Mercy Care RBHA, Division of Developmental Disabilities and Mercy Care Advantage
Oxford House will be offering new sober living options in Maricopa County. Prospective tenants can search & apply for local vacancies at https://www.oxfordvacancies.com/ .
Oxford House Inc. (OHI) identifies as a network of, “self-run & self-supported” recovery houses. Oxford House Inc. has received grant funds to implement the Oxford House Model in Maricopa County. Mercy Care recently hosted outreach workers to provide a network orientation and familiarize OHI with community stakeholders. OHI will be continuing their outreach efforts in Maricopa County with the intention of educating community partners of the OHI model while recruiting prospective tenants.
Please note, this is not a Permanent Supported Housing (PSH) program nor is Oxford House Inc. contracted to provide covered behavioral health services, but rather to establish self-sustaining & democratically-run, sober living environments. To reinforce, Mercy Care is funding the start-up costs for these homes with grant dollars and in no way manages vacancies, eligibility nor tenant applications for Oxford House properties. Oxford House International nor their outreach staff provide Medicaid reimbursable covered services.
