Assessment Centre Updates

Woodstock Hospital Assessment Centre
  • Due to the high volume of tests being performed, over the coming week, the Assessment Centre will be moving towards becoming a testing centre ONLY. Physicians will no longer be on site to offer assessments, and swabs will be completed by nursing staff. Please bear this in mind when referring patients to the centre.
  • With primary care offices gradually re-opening, clinical assessments of these patients will be shifting back to primary care offices, or to the patient's local emergency department if necessary.
  • Patient self-booking line: 1-855-905-6148 (appointment required)

Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital Assessment Centre
  • Opened May 27 in response to the increased testing volumes resulting from the most recent broadened testing criteria. The testing centre is located down the street from the hospital at 17 Bear Street.
  • Patient self-booking line: 1-855-905-6148 (appointment required)
