OzSBI has Office Space Available

When you are expanding or starting a business, it can be difficult to keep up with the overhead costs: utilities, telephone, internet, office furniture, copier, etc. All those costs add up quickly and often vary month to month. Instead of working on your business, you are just trying to stay afloat.

OzSBI provides all-inclusive office space to help you save money. With one fixed cost, you can easily budget your monthly expenses. Within the OzSBI facility there are 21 offices ranging in size from a small 125 square feet space to 550 square feet suites with three private offices.

Clients have access to the following services:
  • Fully furnished offices with utilities included
  • Advanced telephone system
  • High-speed internet, Fiber (wired and wireless)
  • Meeting rooms
  • On-site business mentoring
  • On-site networking with other entrepreneurs
  • Workshops and seminars

  • Mail collection and parcel receiving

Microloans for Small Business

The Ozarks Small Business Incubator offers low-interest microloans to the public operating a business in Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark, Shannon, Texas and Wright counties. OzSBI's Microloans may be used as a direct loan, seed capital or "gap" financing combined with other lending. Eligible uses include:
  • Purchase equipment, furniture, and fixtures
  • Increase working capital
  • Purchase inventory and supplies
  • Pay for educational training
  • Start or expand their business
  • Purchase real estate (as gap financing with local banks)

Loans may be made for a minimum of $2,500 and a maximum of $25,000. Maximum term of the loan is 10 years. Loans are only available to provide up to a maximum of 80% of the total project cost. All loans are made at an annual interest rate of 4.5%, (rates are subject to change).

The OzSBI Microloan Program is another benefit OzSBI provides to help businesses grow.
