Dear P&A Clients and Friends:
On this Memorial Day, we have many individuals to remember and honor. I first think of my own grandfather Chip who bravely fought in World War II as a Marine. Although he is no longer with us, I know that he would be impressed with the courageous acts we are witnessing every day as our frontline workers battle Covid-19. Though this country has suffered a tremendous
loss of life
, the light at the end of the tunnel becomes more attainable due to the unwavering efforts of our healthcare professionals, scientists, first responders, public safety officers, essential workers, politicians, and many more.
We also cannot forget the faculty and staff in schools and colleges across the globe who quickly adapted to the limitations of Covid-19 to provide virtual instruction to students.
I want to commend our parents and students whose lives have been turned upside down and have remarkably adjusted. Parents are juggling their own jobs with homeschooling and many other responsibilities. Students are making the most of a tough situation. I am so impressed with my clients who continue to work hard under challenging circumstances and have found creative ways to keep up their spirits, expand their education, and support others through virtual volunteering.
On this Memorial Day, I want to take a moment to recognize and remember the many individuals who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today. I also want to acknowledge the heroes right in front of us whose talents and hard work are leading us through this Covid-19 crisis. Our strength and perseverance will be critical to maintain as we advance in the days ahead.
Please do not hesitate to
contact P&A if we can be of assistance. Stay strong and healthy. We are thinking of you and look forward to being together again soon.
Warmly,
Mindy Popp
