CHICAGO — Virtual – August 20, 2025 — Today P&L Group announced an expanded keynote slate and feature programming for its Future Ready Conference, set for September 16–18, 2025. The conference will convene leaders from business, academia, and civil society to translate cutting-edge insights into measurable strategies for people, performance, and inclusive growth. The event will also debut McElvane’s new book, The SkiNy on Inclusion, and unveil P&L Group’s Industry Inclusion Index—a next-generation benchmark for organizational inclusion maturity and outcomes.
