To our P4 staff, family and friends,
As we prepare to turn the calendar's page once again, I wanted to reflect on this past year brought the P4 Companies exciting growth and expansion. Our Downers Grove, Illinois-based headquarters was developed into an 11,000 sq. ft. modern office space, which houses our state-of-the-art Security Operations Center (SOC), monitoring more than 2,000 security cameras across 18 states. We also broadened our reach to include space in downtown Chicago, as well as in Springfield at the state capitol, where our newest office opened earlier this year to better serve our Central and Southern Illinois clients. These three locations allow P4 to continue its mission of providing our clientele with a distinctive, boutique-style approach to security services - one that is industry-leading and tailored-made to meet their unique needs.
Additionally, we continue to grow in many vertical markets. To date, the P4 Companies' services can be found within the manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, financial and cannabis, as well as residential and commercial high-rise industries. Whatever industry, our clients benefit from increased technological offerings, and can receive risk assessments or investigative services through our newly-formed Special Investigations Unit.
Lastly, I am proud to share that we have experienced a significant escalation in our workforce. The P4 Companies currently employs more than 1,800 security personnel in Illinois, and hundreds more across the states we operate in. And, as we prepare to increase our footprint throughout the country, we are bringing on world-class trainers to continue to develop and strengthen our team members to ensure that they are the best of the best. The P4 Companies continue to seek out the brightest talent in the industry to join our team; we are actively recruiting and committed to retaining and recognizing our amazing staff!
I am truly thankful for the growth we have experienced this year and am hopeful for what 2022 will bring, as we continue to lead security into the next generation. It is with that sentiment that I, and everyone at the P4 Companies, wish you the happiest of holidays and a healthy, safe and prosperous new year.

Team Member Highlight: Tina Igaravidez |
|
Tina Igaravidez is P4’s Director of Security at Presidents Plaza in Chicago - a site she began working at more than 22 years ago as a security officer. Through the years, Tina has serviced this location in a number of capacities, and currently manages a team of 10 full-time security professionals.
“I have worked for six different security companies during my tenure with Presidents Plaza - and during the relatively short time I have been with P4, I have had more interactions with the P4 leadership team than with any previous employers," Tina said. "P4 not only puts their customers and clients first, but also their staff. They understand that by showing appreciation to the front line, they will be rewarded ten-fold with better productivity and long-term employees, which leads to happy clients.”
Tina's duties include directing critical safety operations, operating video monitoring and recording systems and managing life safety systems. She is additionally responsible for collaborating with neighboring properties, local law enforcement and elected officials to ensure safety in and around the property.
