Team Member Highlight: Anthony Hernandez |

Meet Anthony Hernandez, the P4 Companies' senior director of security at Schaumburg Corporate Center for Glenstar Management. With more than 36 years of experience in the security industry, Anthony's current role requires oversight of daily leadership and operation of the security program - including deployment, training, payroll and client interaction. Implementation of policies and procedures on behalf of P4 and the client are also under his purview.
Prior to joining P4, Anthony served as the director of security for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange at 190 South LaSalle. He also previously served as the corporate director of security for Equity Office Properties. Anthony has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law and Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and has been a member of BOMA Chicago and ASIS International for more than 27 years.

P4 Academy Announces New Partnership! |
|
The P4 Companies are committed to providing our staff with the most robust training offerings throughout the industry - a commitment that is fulfilled through the P4 Academy. The Academy's newest partnership is with Personal Protection Consultants Inc., which will provide OCAT and PATH training to all required P4 personnel.
The Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training program (OCAT) is designed for public safety officers who might encounter conflict or potential violence while on duty. It allows for those officers who carry firearms to be certified to carry a less-than-lethal option, such as pepper spray. The Practical and Tactical Handcuffing course (PATH) is the most complete and innovative handcuffing course in the country. This certification ensures that officers who have to utilize less-than-lethal deterrents, or who need to physically detain an individual, do so by deploying the most current methods to maintain the safety of both the officer and the subject.
The P4 Academy is creating high-level content through a cadre of security and law enforcement experts. Field-proven techniques are taught by certified instructors, and participants are issued certification upon successful completion of training. Partnerships with professional, third-party certification providers ensure that the most current, safe and efficient methods are being taught to P4 employees. The training offered to staff through the P4 Academy is just one of the many benefits of joining the P4 team.
