Amy Buczko is one of the newest members of the P4 Companies' team, serving as the Senior Director of HR Operations. With more than 25 years of experience spanning civic, for-profit and non-profit organizations, Amy has held HR leadership roles with the City of Chicago, Chicago Public Schools, Cornerstone Management & Consulting and the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. Her role at P4 will include oversight of the full spectrum of human resources, including recruitment and staffing, performance management and coaching, compensation, benefits, employee communications, recognition and engagement.
An avid reader, foodie and traveler, Amy is also actively involved in several charitable organizations that support childhood literacy, food nutrition and cultural awareness.
