Dear Provider,
This alert is being sent to all CT BHP Providers to offer additional guidance to view authorization letters in Provider Connect. There have been reports of intermittent errors when attempting to view and download authorization letters. Please follow the below steps should you encounter any difficulties.
Important notes before retrieving authorization letters:
- If the authorization is auto-approved, please allow two (2) business days from submission to allow the letter to be generated.
- If the authorization is pending for review, please allow two (2) business days from the determination to allow the letter to be generated.
