A Message To Our Customers
As Pennsylvania reopens and Philadelphia moves to the "Yellow Phase," in the coming weeks, i t is vital for us to keep our local PA CareerLink ® customers well informed. We are paying close attention to the guidance under Mayor Kenney's " Safer at Home" plan to determine what reopening will look like for all PA CareerLink ® locations.

At this time, all PA CareerLink ® locations will remain closed. We encourage customers to visit our Career Seeker Virtual Resource Center to access resources for j ob search, interview readiness, career exploration, skill-building, and more.  Please know that our decisions around our reopening, as outlined below, prioritizes the health and safety of our customers and staff.

LOGISTICS

  • All PA CareerLink® locations will remain closed until further notice.

  • We are looking to physically open our doors to customers sometime this summer. At that time visits will be by appointment only.

  • We are diligently addressing capacity for social distancing guidance, cleaning, and safety procedures at all center locations.  

  • The use of all unemployment phone lines will be terminated to help stop the spread of COVID-19.  

  • Face masks will be required to enter all PA CareerLink® locations.
