Upcoming Deadlines for Rising STARS Tuition Assistance Applications
The Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL)’s Rising STARS Tuition Assistance (RSTA) program (administered by The Pennsylvania Key) helps cover a portion of tuition costs for early childhood professionals.
This program has important deadlines quickly approaching for applications:
For coursework beginning on or before June 30, 2019, applications must be submitted using the current process by 4 PM EST on Friday, June 21, 2019.
For coursework beginning on or after July 1, 2019, applications will be submitted in the new PD Registry (www.papdregistry.org) application system. More information and tipsheets on this new process will be available soon.
