Collaborative hands-on adoption exercises focused on the following areas: BI Reporting, Schedule Data Integrity, Live Map, Decision Support, Detour Management, Incidents Tracking and more!

MAINTENANCE SME BREAKOUT

We will be doing hands-on vehicle hardware troubleshooting best practices on an Amtran vehicle and the Avail Maintenance Test Station. Come learn how to maintain a healthy ITS fleet and walk away knowing your agency is following the proper preventative maintenance plans. We will be doing deep dives into troubleshooting tips for APCs, IVU, MDT setup, VHM diagnostics.

Are you getting the most out of your customer support engagements? Now that all customers have entered into the Support period we wanted to provide a refresher on best customer support engagements.

We have been working very diligently to develop a new BI NTD Report. This session will discuss the progress that has been made to-date and what your agency needs to know about the upcoming transition off of our legacy DataPoint report.
