Registration is now open for our 2020 Virtual Statewide Museum Conference. The conference begins next Monday morning, August 24. You can join us for some or all of the conference that features speakers each day at 9:30 a.m. through August 28.

Our Virtual Conference is “Pay What You Wish." We have also recently added a discussion with Chad Barger about fundraising trends to the schedule for Tuesday, August 25.

PA Museums has arranged for Communications Access Real-Time Translation (CART) services for programming on Friday, August 28. CART makes communication more accessible for people who are deaf or hard of hearing through live transcription of speech to text provided by a trained operator.  


The American Swedish Historical Museum is looking for an Education and Public Relations Manager. If your organization has an opening, please send it our way.

PA Museums has been celebrating our 2020 Special Achievement Awards the past two weeks. We hope you have enjoyed seeing the announcements, and we encourage you to consider sending us a nomination for our 2021 awards. Nominations will open in September.
