Parents Association
Our first PA meeting of the school year will be held on Tuesday, October 6th via WebEx. Please submit questions in advance and pre-register to attend.

Unfortunately due to Archdiocesan and school COVID safety guidelines, at this time, the PA does not have access to the used uniform supply in the school. In the meantime the PA is hosting a direct swap program for parents on our private Facebook group!

To Participate

  1. Request to join our Private Facebook Group: www.facebook.com/groups/saintstephenparentsassociation
  2. Once approved, click into the group page.

To Post Uniform Item(s) Available

  1. If you have a uniform item to offer, navigate to the Buy and Sell tab and then click "Sell Something"
  2. In the Title put a brief description with gender/size/quantity details: Boys Short Sleeved Polo Shirt - Size 10 (2 available)
  3. Pictures would be helpful (but not required)
  4. Set the price to $0
  5. In the description field you can elaborate on the item being offered.
  6. ONLY SHARE TO THE Saint Stephen of Hungary Parents Association group. DO NOT add your listing to Marketplace or other groups.
  7. Click Post. Once approved your listing will be in review. Facebook confirms authenticity and then the post is shared. This process can take a few minutes or a few hours.
  8. IMPORTANT - Once you have completed a swap be sure to go in and mark your item as SOLD


To Post Uniform Item(s) Needed

  1. Navigate to the Buy and Sell tab and review the postings to see if there is an item listed that you need. If so, reach out to the poster and coordinate directly.
  2. If there are no posts that match the item/size that you need you can post a request. Navigate to the Discussion tab and use the following format for your post: Wanted: Gender Item Color - Size X
  3. IMPORTANT - Once you have completed a swap be sure to go in and delete your post from the discussion.


We are asking that parents donate these items to each other directly - no need to collect money at this time.
Halloween Carnival [COVID edition]
We are excited to announce that the Halloween Carnival committee chairs have been hard at work since this summer planning great events for our students. Although it won’t be the same as our traditional Carnival, there will be plenty of fun socially distant and safe activities for all our students to participate in.

If your student(s) are participating in remote school and you would like to have your Halloween items sent home, please fill out the following. There is no need to fill this form out if your student(s) will be in school.

Note: In order to deliver items to our remote students this form must be completed by October 21st
