Dear PAACS Family,
As we approach the conclusion of PAACS’s 30th anniversary year, I invite you to join us for our third and final Global Day of Fasting & Prayer of 2026 on Monday, November 9.
For 30 years, God has worked through PAACS to train and disciple African Christian surgeons and related specialists who provide compassionate, Christ-centered care in underserved communities. This anniversary year has given us an opportunity to reflect on the growth of the ministry, the lives impacted through surgical care, and the faithfulness of those who have served alongside us.
As we look toward 2027, we recognize both the opportunities and challenges ahead. We ask you to join us in praying for our residents as they balance the demands of surgical training, for our faculty as they teach and mentor the next generation, and for our graduates as they serve patients, lead hospitals, and strengthen surgical care across Africa. We will also pray for wisdom in expanding training opportunities, strengthening our partnerships, and stewarding the resources entrusted to PAACS.
We will host two Zoom prayer gatherings to accommodate our global community. Please see the schedule below and join whichever call best fits your day. No registration is required. We also encourage you to participate in fasting as you feel led.
As we conclude this milestone year, we give thanks for God’s provision over the past three decades and seek His guidance for the work that remains. Thank you for your faithful prayers and partnership in this ministry.
