Join your Action Group to Strategize on Rebate Proposals!
Join us as we gear up for the Xcel Energy 2024/25 DSM (Rebate) Plan and IRA planning. The DSM plan filing is expected in July, so NOW is the time to join us to discuss the issues that matter to you!
Who should attend?
Anyone interested in rebate and incentive development for our industry. We’ll be breaking into industry-specific sessions with our EEBC Action Groups:
· Commercial Lighting
· HVAC/Heat Pumps
· High Performance Building Envelope (insulation, air sealing, energy auditor/advisors, etc.)
· Other (Demand Response, Emerging Technologies, etc.)
Why participate? This opportunity to influence Xcel Energy’s Rebate Plan only comes every two years. This is your chance to be heard and advocate for your business needs in 2023 and 2024/25.
How will it work? After a quick briefing on the filing schedule and our priorities, we’ll break into individual Action Groups to discuss industry-specific priorities, ideas, and goals.
Topics:
· How we can best incorporate EEBC’s wins from the 2023 DSM Plan and Strategic Issues Settlement Dockets into the upcoming DSM (Rebates) Plan.
· Priorities and strategies to effectively inform and influence the rebates through the policy process.
· Informing the Colorado Energy Office (in May) on the ideas from the field and our recommendations for “stacking” IRA rebates in one place.
