City of Chicago Community Development Grants

Applications are now open. Apply by 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2026 for Small grants.

Small grants are provided as a reimbursement for up to 75% of the total eligible project expenses with a maximum grant of $250,000.

PACC Business After Hours - Paczki Day Special!

The event will feature an opportunity to:

  • learn about business banking and business financing options offered by Capital One
  • meet new PACC members and special guests
  • expand the network of your professional relationships
  • celebrate by feasting on pączki before the fast begins on 2/18!

The Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection brings free business resources to the community for new and existing entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their business in the City of Chicago through the Chicago Small Biz Expo Series.
