Illinois Minimum Wage Law

Beginning January 1, 2025 -Guarantees a minimum wage of $15.00 per hour for workers 18 years of age and older. An employer where gratuities are paid to employee, may pay 60% of the minimum wage to its employees. More information here.

Polish & American Carols

You are cordially invited to join the Lira Ensemble for their upcoming concerts of “Polish & American Carols.” This will be a concert like no other, with Lira’s own exclusive arrangements of traditional Polish carols, plus music by Moniuszko and Lutoslawski, all sung by the Lira Singers dressed in authentic folk garb from the Kashubian region.
