Beata Leja is a partner at Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C., an immigration law firm in Chicago, IL founded in 1975. She has been practicing both employment-based and family-based immigration law since 2007. Her clients include fortune 500 companies, as well as small local businesses in a wide variety of industries. She is an adjunct professor at the John Marshall School of Law, teaching business aspects of immigration law, and also serves as a board member of the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, a national organization that advocates for the rights and best interests of immigrant children in removal proceedings.
