Helping children embrace learning with curiosity, enthusiasm and confidence!
Welcome Families!
PACCNS President, Emily Umbdenstock
It is such an honor to assume the role of president of the Parents Association this year. As a former student myself, and now as a parent, I will always have a special place in my heart for our sweet school. I take great pride in our community and will work diligently with my fellow volunteers to best serve our teachers and families.

This year is undoubtedly different than any other we have experienced, but together we will make it a lovely one filled with positive memories and enriching experiences. I look forward to a wonderful 2020-21 school year ahead!
Meet Our New Staff At CCNS
DIRECTORS CORNER
Our young students have settled into their new classroom routines. They have connected with their teachers and made some new friends. Now their time and attention shift to focus on many new learning activities. The classrooms are busy, filled with science experiments, music, writing, counting, matching memory games, finger plays, puppets, letters, sounds and more!
Director's Digest Monthly Meeting
We can't host you, so here's what we'll do!
Since parents are not permitted inside the school this year, planned opportunities to get together have been arranged each month. The directors of CCNS will be hosting a Director’s Digest via Zoom.

  • Parents will be invited to join them to touch base and ask any questions.
  • The directors' love to help with parenting issues that might be happening at your house because they’ve been there and they know that it is no easy job!
  • The goal is to meet the first Tuesday of every month (with the exception of the month of March, which is the second Tuesday.)
  • Meetings will alternate between mornings and evenings to ensure all parents can attend.

Outreach Committee
“COINS FOR A CAUSE”

Our outreach committee has purchased a very fun bank that will stand in the main hallway of CCNS. The bank is due to arrive to CCNS towards the end of October and children will be encouraged to bring in small change to add to the bank.

The committee will choose three possible charities and present them along with background information to our classroom teachers. Tying in to the presidential election our children will vote for their favorite charity. The ballots will be counted and the winner will receive the money in the bank at the end of the school year.

Stay tuned for additional details. We are very excited about this new project and we think that the children will be, too!
CLOTHING AND BLANKET DRIVE

60 BLANKETS COLLECTED!
A BIG thank you to those who donated and participated in the Dress It Forward clothing drive and Warm Blanket drive, it went really well!

For the Warm Blanket drive, we collected over 60 blankets! And as a result of the collection, we received monetary donations to help Apostles House purchase linens and additional interview attire. Overall, it was a success!

What you did, meant so much!
Thanks to the generous support from our wonderful group of parents, PACCNS was able to provide the school with several additions to our outdoor classroom. PACCNS purchased new tents, umbrellas and picnic blankets for use in the school's outdoor classroom. We are extremely grateful for the generosity and continued support of PACCNS through our events and fundraisers throughout the year.
