Hello everyone!!
I hope you all had a fun and restful few days off! On to the buzz of the holiday season and more time of fellowship and gathering to look forward to! I hope you all saw the invitation to the staff Holiday Gathering on Dec. 21. We are looking forward to bringing it back this year, and sharing a fun, casual evening with you all! I hope you are able to make it.
We will also have plenty of opportunities for staff to change up the routine a little if you are interested in helping out with our Holiday Giving this year. We will have plenty of toys to sort, and bags to make in the coming weeks. We meet this week to finalize the details and will let you all know when there are opportunities to help out.
As we head into the hustle and bustle of the coming weeks, remember this can be a time when the stress feels a little heavier, the issues a little more pressing, and the solutions far away for the people we serve, and even for us. Remember to give yourself grace as you tackle whatever comes along and continue to do your best to serve the members of our community during this time. Enjoy the lights, the music, the food, and the fun you are able to have that will be peppered through the upcoming weeks, and as always, Thank You for making the challenges a little easier for the folks you serve!!
