Congratulations to the following staff members who have been nominated for a Bright Spot.

Genesis Galan, Director of Community Outreach. Colleen Rodriguez from Head Start. Here is what the person who nominated her said:



"We had a presenter who was struggling to get her technology to work. Genesis jumped up and walked through it with her with such kindness, and understanding, never making the woman feel badly that she was struggling. In no time, she was all set! Genesis' caring and kind nature make a difference.

PACE is a better place with her here!!Awesome Genesis!! Thank you for being so helpful all the time!!"

Leslie Hernandez from Lead. Here is what the person who nominated her said:



Leslie has been with us since May. She has been such a wonderful addition to our program. The clients love her, she has such a way with our families. So happy to have her!

Amanda Savoie from CCW. Here is what the person who nominated her said.

"Without being asked, Amanda went out of her way to go over voucher procedures when she saw that another coworker looked perplexed. She is always so pleasant and tries to help others see things from the client’s point of view, which is so important in our line of work. She is a prime example of why we do what we do! We are lucky to have Amanda on our team!"  

Colleen Rodriguez from Head Start. Here is what the person who nominated her said:

"I would like to thank Colleen Rodriquez for her ability to supervise all our Madison street classrooms . This year we are short staffed in many different parts of education. She is taking on many more hats than her position. We all have worked so amazing as a team taking on extra and we all do it for the children and to help our fellow coworkers. She absolutely goes above and beyond And takes the time to reach out and be sure we all feel supported. We are very lucky to have her heading all of us. Thank you Colleen we see all you do for us."
