Greetings!


It is time to renew your PACFA license for the upcoming year. To maintain continuous licensure and prevent penalties, please ensure you complete your renewal process by the final deadline of March 1, 2026.

Support Note: Renewal season is our busiest time, leading to slower response times. If you encounter any issues with the renewal process, please contact us immediately so we can assist you well before the March 1st deadline. Thank you for your timely attention to this important requirement.

Renewal is open for Groomers, Boarding & Training, Retail & Wholesale, Aquariums, Pet Handlers, and Commercial Facilities.



Renewal begins January 1 for all Shelters, Rescues, Transporters, and Breeders. You need to submit your Annual Statistics Report before you renew.


Crucial Deadline: March 1, 2026

  • Access Check: Log in before March 1st (highly encouraged)
  • Action: Renew your license
  • Penalty: 10% Late Fee applied automatically starting March 2

All You Need to Know About the PACFA Licensing Portal

Login to the PACFA Licensing Portal:


  • Visit the licensing portal
  • Use your full email address as the username
  • View your active license information and renew.
  • Use the guides linked below for step-by-step renewal instructions
  • Contact us for assistance!

Make changes to your license during renewal:



  • Add license categories
  • Remove license categories
  • Change the Primary Business Contact
  • Update your contact information
  • Contact us for other changes.

The "Renew your License" button can be found under the "Licenses" tab (pictured below).

Submit Annual Statistics Report BEFORE Renewal

Shelters, Rescues, Transporters, and Breeders Only!


All facilities that are required to submit their annual statistics report must do so on the PACFA Statistics Reporting Portal. The report must include data for the entire year 2025.


Report your statistics before you renew! The report generated in the statistics portal must be downloaded and submitted with the renewal application.
