Fun and Friends
We had a cookout on September 27th to thank and spend some time with members - Pete Espinosa played guitar, while a Fork in the Road made some yummy food. Producers with shows here on PACTV headed into Studio B to record promos - friends, food, and music - it was a great night!
Dino Kiki Challenge
Dancing for Breast Cancer Awareness
The staff of Silver Lake Regional High School assembled after school to attempt the Kiki Challenge, dubbed the "Dino Kiki Challenge" at SLRHS, for October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The video was used as a fundraising tool and raised $500 in just three days!

Intelligent Lives

Chris Cooper and Marianne Leone are two of the Executive Producers of "Intelligent Lives," and were on set to talk about the film, which challenges society's understanding of what it means to be intelligent.

Needle Shredder at Plymouth Central Fire Station
With the help of the Plymouth Fire Department, the Plymouth Public Health Director secured funding for a machine that will sanitize and shred any needles. The public is encouraged to drop off their used hypodermic needles to be processed.

Car Doctor
A new policy from the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends children stay rear-facing as long as possible, until the height or weight limit of the car seat is met. AAA’s Car Doctor stopped by to give us some tips on keeping kids safe in the car.
Remembering Officer Dyer
In 2008, Duxbury Police Officer Melvin Dyer was on traffic duty at the Marshfield Fair when he was struck and killed by a car that failed to stop. Duxbury Police held a special ceremony this past August to honor him, and we were there to learn more about Officer Dyer, and about how this incident has changed safety regulations regarding police in traffic and work zones.
