Last Friday, the Pacific women's basketball program picked up their first win of the season and their first-ever Preseason WNIT victory vs. UMKC by a score of 89-60. Brooklyn McDavid led the way with 26 points and Valerie Higgins contributed 17 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 6 steals.

The Tigers then traveled to #6/7 ranked Oregon State for the second round of the Preseason WNIT where they battled until the very end before suffering a 69-57 loss. Brooklyn McDavid had a career-night totaling 32 points, earning her the City of Stockton Human Resources Hardworking Player of the Game for the second straight contest.

Next up, the Tigers head east to face Drexel on Saturday in the consolation round of the Preseason WNIT. They return to the Spanos Center on November 21st to face Weber State.
