Robin Goodman was named the head coach of the men's tennis program in July of 2020. Coming to Pacific after serving as the assistant coach at University of New Mexico, where he handled recruiting, scheduling of matches, on-the-court coaching, overseeing academics and managing UNM's travel logistics as well as their community outreach programs.

Prior to his time with the Lobos, Goodman spent two seasons at Baylor University. During his two seasons with the Bears, Goodman assisted Baylor head coach Matt Knoll, helping the Bears to the NCAA Tournament twice, including an appearance in the NCAA Championship semifinals in 2015. At the end of 2015, Baylor would rank No. 3 in the national polls, the program's highest ranking since 2005, when Baylor was No. 2 in the country.

Originally from Cambridge, England, Goodman graduated in May of 2014 from Drake University with a degree in business management.
