Please remember that the calendar year for the new Tonnage Awards cycle (August 1st, 2024 - July 31st, 2025);

started over on August 1st, 2024.

The NEW Tonnage Portal has been reset and is only accepting shipments booked from August 1st, 2024 thru July 31st, 2025. The deadline to enter 2024-2025 tonnage is September 1st, 2025.

Please only report tonnage through July 31st, 2025 ONLY. We ask you to please report all final tonnage by deadline date mentioned above.

PAIMA TONNAGE VERIFICATION 2025

Tonnage verification is officially under way. In our continuing efforts to keep our tonnage portal numbers as accurate as possible, the PAIMA office continues with our "Tonnage Verification" process. This process is in place to catch any possible input errors, duplicate or incorrect entries.

The PAIMA office will be reaching out selectively checking with all our tonnage program participants, checking on some specific entries in the system. We thank you for your time and cooperation which ensures tonnage has been reported accurately, that is the ultimate goal. We would like to thank all the Members that have already cooperated with the verification process which ensures the data is as accurate as possible.

What is going on in your neck of the woods? Share your industry news with the PAIMA family. Just like the PAIMA Tonnage Program, participating on our PTCP is FREE exposure within the PAIMA family and shows that you are active within the Association. Gain access to our unique communications platform via the QR code above!

Stay visible within the Association and participate on the platform with your company news, regional news as well as country specific updates. We remind all our PAIMA Members that you can add multiple company employees to our PTCP platform so they can take advantage of this cutting edge technology. From past Workshops to future Workshops, our PTCP platform will be a repository for information exclusive to PAIMA Members.

CREDIT CARD AND WIRE TRANSFER PROCESSING FEES:

After decades of PAIMA absorbing credit card and wire transfer fees, it was determined by the PAIMA Board of Directors to replicate what other associations are doing vis-a-vis credit card and wire transfer processing fees. Please be advised that moving forward, there will be a 3% convenience fee for credit card transactions and a $75.00 wire transfer fee, for wire transfers respectively. We are happy to report that there of course are not fees for checks. Please make note and thank you for supporting the well-being of our Association.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE REMINDER:

PAIMA Members - As per PAIMA By-Laws which were approved during our one of our past General Assemblies, please make note that a penalty fee of $500 will be levied for convention non-attendance compliance which requires attending the PAIMA convention at least once every two years. One of the biggest value-adds of being a PAIMA Member is to attend the yearly convention. You can count on tremendous networking and business opportunities with the PAIMA family and friends.
