PAIMA 2026 CONVENTION RAFFLE IS BACK

Dear PAIMA Members and Prospective Members attending our PAIMA 42nd Annual Convention next week in San Diego:

The perennial favorite is back by popular demand! The ever-popular PAIMA Raffle will take place during our 2026

PAIMA Convention in San Diego next week.

We highly encourage all attendees to bring along a fun and interesting raffle item. Imagination is the limit—anything from local souvenirs to unique items from your country are welcome.

Please bring your raffle items to the Buffet Breakfast on October 19th so we can prepare them for the event. As a reminder for those who joined us in New York City last year, each registered attendee will find a green raffle ticket inside their name badge. Please hold onto this ticket, as it is not a drink ticket. We will also have several PAIMA raffle prizes available, so everyone has a chance to win a wonderful prize.

Maximize Your Visibility Within PAIMA —

Report Your PAIMA Tonnage Today! Please make note that the PAIMA Tonnage Portal has been reset for the 2026 - 2027 reporting cycle. Please see details below.

Participation in the PAIMA Tonnage Program guarantees increased visibility across the Association — and may even lead to reciprocal support from fellow PAIMA Members. It is a simple, impactful way to elevate your presence and strengthen your network.

The portal has been reset for the 2026 - 2027 reporting cycle which began on August 1, 2026 and runs through July 31, 2027. The deadline to enter 2025 - 2026 tonnage is September 1st, 2027. The Tonnage Portal has been reset and is accepting shipments booked within this timeframe.

We kindly ask all members to report final tonnage by the deadline above. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the PAIMA Office — we are here to help.

Wi-Fi - General Assembly Warning

After much internal discussion with the PAIMA Board of Directors, it was determined to not offer Wi-Fi during our General Assembly to ensure that all attendee's are paying close attention to the important Association matters being discussed and reviewed during our General Assembly.

Please make note so you are informed of the reasons behind the decision as to why Wi-Fi is not being offered in 2026. The hotel does have Wi-Fi connectivity zones if needed.

CREDIT CARD AND WIRE TRANSFER PROCESSING FEES:

After decades of PAIMA absorbing credit card and wire transfer fees, it was determined by the PAIMA Board of Directors to replicate what other associations are doing vis-a-vis credit card and wire transfer processing fees. Please be advised that moving forward, there will be a 3% convenience fee for credit card transactions and a $75.00 wire transfer fee, for wire transfers respectively. We are happy to report that there of course are not fees for checks. Please make note and thank you for supporting the well-being of our Association.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE REMINDER:

PAIMA Members - As per PAIMA By-Laws which were approved during our one of our past General Assemblies, please make note that a penalty fee of $500 will be levied for convention non-attendance compliance which requires attending the PAIMA convention at least once every two years.

One of the biggest value-adds of being a PAIMA Member is to attend the yearly convention. You can count on tremendous networking and business opportunities with the PAIMA family and friends.
