Please Note:

The exhibit number indicated with your registration is NOT your booth number for the PALA Spring Conference. Additional details and a booth selection form will be emailed to registered exhibitors as soon as the expo map is confirmed with the Penn Stater.

Registration includes booth, exhibit table, "2" chairs and "2" Expo representative registrations. 

Does Not Include: Electric for Booth ($50.00) and Additional Reps ($125 per person). 

Cancellation Policy: a $250 cancellation fee per show will be applied to cancellations received in writing by Feb. 13 (Spring). Cancellations received after Feb. 13, 2024 are non-refundable.

A Non-Exhibiting Vendor (NEV) is a company that sells products and/or services to PALA members but is not registered as a Conference Exhibitor. NEV that register to attend will be reviewed and approved by PALA. The purpose of this policy is to protect the vendors exhibiting and maintain the integrity of the show.
