Message from the Executive Director

Building the Future of Positive Aging

As our nation celebrates 250 years of the American experience and PALM proudly celebrates more than 50 years of serving older adults, we honor our past while embracing an exciting future. For more than five decades, PALM has been a place where older adults find friendship, purpose, support, and community. Today, we are building on that legacy as we continue to grow, innovate, and lead the way in positive aging.

At PALM, we believe the future of aging is built on connection, wellness, lifelong learning, and community.

If you live, you will get older. The question is not whether you will age. How you age matters.

That belief inspires everything we do.

We are committed to helping older adults age well through exercise, lifelong learning, meaningful relationships, nutritious meals, and programs that promote overall health and well-being. Every wellness class, educational workshop, community partnership, volunteer opportunity, and shared experience is designed to help our members remain active, engaged, connected, and empowered to live life to the fullest.

As we continue building the future of positive aging, PALM is expanding opportunities that strengthen health, encourage lifelong learning, foster meaningful relationships, and bring our community together. We believe every older adult deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we are committed to creating an environment where that can happen every day.

I invite you to explore the pages ahead to learn more about our upcoming activities, wellness initiatives, special events, travel opportunities, and exciting programs. Whether you're joining us for our annual Alfie Pollitt Jazz Fundraiser, participating in Wellness Wednesdays, traveling with friends, or discovering a new activity, there is always something happening at PALM.

At PALM, we're not simply planning activities. We're building the future of positive aging by helping redefine what it means to age with purpose, dignity, health, and joy. The best is yet to come.
