The PAN Foundation today is proud to open five new disease funds aimed at helping eligible patients pay for their out-of-pocket copay and health insurance premium costs. The new funds include:



Our copay grants cover patients' out-of-pocket costs of the medications listed in our disease fund formularies. Our health insurance premium grants help pay for insurance premiums for patients being treated for various disease states. Grant amounts and eligibility vary by disease fund.

Note that an individual patient may be eligible for financial assistance from both a PAN copay and premium disease fund as long as they meet eligibility requirements and funding is available.

Apply for a transportation grant


PAN grant recipients may also qualify for $500 in transportation assistance to get to and from activities that improve their overall health outcomes, including accessing healthcare services, and social connection and support.

PAN's FundFinder app is a free website that helps you track more than 200 patient assistance funds from nine charitable organizations. You can sign up for email and text alerts when a disease assistance fund you’re interested in opens at PAN or other organizations.
