In the coming weeks, we will add multi-factor authentication (MFA) to all PAN portal accounts. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to secure your information beyond industry standards.


What is MFA?


Multi-factor authentication means that when you sign into your portal account, you’ll also be asked to confirm your identity. This may be through your email or text message to your cell phone.


Action required: check your portal account to make sure the email and phone number associated with your account are accurate and up to date. You’ll want to make sure you can easily access the email address or phone number provided.
