June 16: School Board Listen & Learn Community Engagement
The Eden Prairie School Board invites families and community to its Listen & Learn Meeting, 6:30-8 p.m., June 16 at the PAC at Eden Prairie High School. Meeting with the public is one way that the School Board is listening to the community. Hear an update from the board and join in small group discussions. This is an opportunity to share feedback with the School Board. The June 16 Listen & Learn is the first in a series of community engagement meetings hosted by the Eden Prairie School Board. Future sessions will be scheduled during the 2021-22 school year.

Summer Device Use
All students in grades K-11, including EP Online, are encouraged to take their school-assigned iPad or MacBook home with them over the summer. This will allow them to use their device for summer learning activities and prepare them for a seamless transition into learning when school resumes in the fall.

If parents/guardians want their student(s) to leave their devices at school instead, they should submit the Take Home Opt-Out form. If your student(s) is not returning to Eden Prairie Schools in the fall, please be sure to complete the Take Home Opt-Out form.

  • Elementary students with a completed form will be asked to leave their iPad and charger with their homeroom teacher the last day of school.

  • CMS and EPHS students with a completed form, and graduating seniors, will be instructed on how to turn in their devices during the last few days of school.

  • Current 8th grade students will receive communication from EPHS on dates for swapping their iPad with a MacBook this summer.
