Subject: PARKER LORD SUPPLY UPDATE

We would like to provide you with an update on the status of Parker Lord’s operations and the impact on supply availability.

Operational Status: Production is starting to resume and efforts to fulfill customer orders are well underway.
Facility & Workforce: Nearly all Parker Lord team members have returned to work. Damage was limited to a single building (Building 8), with little to no impact elsewhere in the complex.
Supply Chain & Imports: To meet demand, Parker Lord has begun utilizing global facilities and importing select products.
Delivery Delays & Allocations: While operations recover, delays and product allocations will continue.
Production Timeline: Some production is expected to resume in the coming weeks, with teams working continuously to ensure a safe and efficient restart.

ARP Materials' Commitment to Our Customers:

We continue to receive and submit order requests to Parker Lord; however, we are currently unable to confirm quantities or shipping dates for both existing and future orders.
At this time, we do not have detailed information on specific products, orders, or product lines.
As soon as the product becomes available, we will notify you and arrange for immediate shipment.
We remain closely engaged with Parker Lord and will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
