2023-2024 PASH Board of Directors

Lisa Collins - President

Kathy Johnston - Vice President

Ruth Strange - Treasurer

Vacant - Assistant Treasurer

Jennifer Holt-McKellar - Secretary

Fay Lascelle - Director, Hotel Liaison

Mark Robertson - Director

Pamela Akpotaire - Director

Mark Gibennus - Past President

The Board has been working hard on its succession planning and finding qualified candidates to fill the seats of the current Board Members whose terms are expiring this year.  On behalf of the entire Society, the Board would like to thank Mark Gibennus (past President), Mark Robertson and Ruth Strange for their years of service on the Board and their many contributions to PASH. We also want to appreciate Charline Townsend for her time and contributions to the Board during 2023.

We currently have three full 3-year term seats available and one 2-year term seat available (to fill a board member’s position who resigned from the board earlier in the year).

As of now, we have three nominations, as follows – Ruth Strange, Stacey Chism and Roger Shao. We are looking for at least one more nomination to fill the seats and hopefully more nominations to have a fair and competitive election process.

Please let any current board member know if you would like to nominate a current PASH member, in good standing, to be considered for the Board. All nominations must be submitted prior to or during the April meeting, which is scheduled for April 18, 2024.
