  • Tele-health for PTs, OTs and SLPs Who Incorporate Horses Into Their Treatment Strategies presented by Joanne Benjamin. The concept of Tele-health is also applicable to psychotherapy sessions. Joanne is a physical therapist with a pediatric practice in the Los Angeles area. Her membership with NARHA, now PATH Intl., began 35 years ago. She is a founding and lifetime member of American Hippotherapy Association (AHA), having served in many roles, and was the AHA Therapist of the Year in 2017.
  • Virtual Lessons, Programming and Online Learning, presented by Stefani Viktora Zabala. Stefani is the director of organizational development at McCormick Research Institute, a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center in St. Cloud, FL. She is a PATH Intl. Certified Advanced Therapeutic Riding Instructor with CTRI certification, Interactive Vaulting Instructor and ESMHL. Stefani is currently leading a large team of instructors and centers on the Virtual Education Co-Op (virtualeducationco-op.com), an initiative to provide an online platform of activities to all centers.
  • Conducting Virtual Programming for Veterans, Presented by Meggan Hill-McQeeney, President/COO of BraveHearts Therapeutic Riding and Educational Center, a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center in Harvard, IL. Meggan is a PATH Intl. Certified Master CTRI, 2015 PATH Intl. James Brady Professional Achievement Award Recipient, PATH Intl. Advanced Evaluator, Special Olympics Equestrian Coach, Special Olympics Sports Management Team and USEF Bronze Para Dressage Coach.

United States Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin has requested additional funds for the Paycheck Protection Program. We know that many banks have already stopped accepting applications. Talk to your bank and watch the news for confirmation of increased funding. Current information on the additional funding will be voted on this Thursday.
