PATH Intl. Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructors In Training
PATH Intl. Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructors In Training:
With the PATH Intl. Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor certification phasing out at the end of 2020, here are a few things of which to be mindful as you map out the rest of your certification journey.
Do not delay in registering for a PATH Intl. On-site Registered Instructor Workshop and/or Certification!

There are nearly 700 instructor candidates needing to attend certification testing this year. It will be difficult for host sites to plan and hold events if they do not have enough workshop attendees and certification participants confirmed. It is imperative to register for a workshop and certification as soon as you possess a valid IT Letter and are confident of the date by which you will be able to complete your teaching hours.

If hosts sites do not have a sufficient number of registrants confirmed 30 days prior to the date of the event, they may have to cancel it. Be prepared to provide the host site with documentation that you have fulfilled all certification eligibility requirements no less than 30 days prior to the event in order to secure your spot for certification testing.

See the list of currently scheduled events here .
All certification testing for the PATH Intl. Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor certification program—including resubmissions—must be completed no later than December 30, 2020.

PATH Intl. Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor candidates will NOT be permitted to complete on-site testing or video resubmission after December 30, 2020. If you know you will not be able to meet this deadline, please defer to the PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) Certification .
You must complete transition to the PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) credential no later than December 31, 2020 to maintain active PATH Intl. certification into 2021.
