Careers in Construction Month October is Careers in Construction Month. The goal is to spotlight opportunities in the construction field. There are a number of ways to do this and NAHB has put together a great resource for locals. Check it out here. In addition, PBA encourages all members to contribute to the workforce of tomorrow and help the Endorsed Trade Program thrive. To help members understand what they can do, we have put together a special piece with ideas and suggestions. Please share this with your members. Read the article here. NAHB is encouraging all members to share videos or photos of them working on their social media platforms on October 4 for Careers in Construction Day. Please be sure to share this with your members. Also, coming up soon will be monthly spotlights on local CTC programs enrolled in the ETP. Features will be written on programs across the state and we will be reaching out to you for input on how your local works with the local school.

Special Delivery! Congratulations to Lebanon County BA Executive Officer Ashley Fickel and her husband Cam on the arrival of Carson Riley! Carson came two weeks early on August 23 and tipped the scales at 9 pounds earning him the nickname "Chunk" from his parents. Momma Ashley shared these great pictures of Carson. The entire family is all doing well and we wish them all the best.

FALL MEMBERSHIP DRIVES Membership drives are underway. Please remember to share your success stories with others. In addition, you will be contacted in a couple of weeks to submit your 2022 year-end goals. Please be sure to submit them!
